The Charismatics Chamber Choir is an award-winning ensemble consisting of the top students from Crescenta Valley High School’s four choirs. Many of the singers also participate in marching band, jazz band, varsity sports, drama, speech and debate, dance, and other extra-curricular programs at CVHS. Almost all the students in Charismatics are enrolled in at least one Advanced Placement course.

The choir travels throughout Southern California performing at school, community and private events averaging thirty performances per school year. Past and present members of Charismatics have been chosen to represent Crescenta Valley High School at the Southern California Honor Choir as well as State, Regional and National Honor Choirs. This is an ensemble rich with tradition and an expectation of excellence in music. In 2013, members of Charismatics performed at Mass in St.
Peter’s Basilica, Vatican City and toured Italy. Most recently, members of the choir performed at Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall in New York City (April 2016).
